CONSTRUCTION INSPECTOR We're seeking an experienced municipal pipeline and/or underground cast-in-place CONSTRUCTION INSPECTOR to support CM projects in King County Washington.
So, who you are? Here's a few skills and characteristics you would have:
Experienced:
Ideally, you have 5 to 10 years of progressive construction inspection experience with infrastructure projects with gravity sewer and/or inverted wastewater conveyance pipe installation.
Experience with cast-in-place structural vault construction, cure-in-place sewer rehabilitation pipe sliplining also desirable.
You're knowledgeable with quantity calculations, field documentation, compliance with contract documents, specifications and permits.
Interpret material test results and compare against contract requirements.
Collaborative:
Since collaboration is important to us, and our clients, you excel in communication.
You understand it's value and importance.
In this role, you'll work collaboratively with materials and the testing team, and engineers.
You're experienced in identifying field issues and working with the team through standard change management processes.
You're confident in discussing and ensuring everyone understands when clarifications of contract requirements occur, and you can have those conversations with the design team, owners, and contractors.
You're comfortable working individually, or in a team at a jobsite with various field inspectors, resident engineers, construction managers and the contractor.
You're also known for your attention to detail and proud, how well you can multi-task.

Qualifications:
You've been fully vaccinated and have a COVID 19 record.
You're good with technology and you can upload project photos and inspector reports daily.
You understand the importance of construction safety requirements and you're agile to navigate varied surface conditions, and of course, our weather.
You also have a valid driver's license.
