As a Scheduling Coordinator you will be responsible for greeting patients and their families, scheduling appointments, implementing scheduling systems, and demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills, while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
You will work in both of our clinics located in Mercer Island and Fairwood.

Scheduling patients according to daily schedule Answering and making phone calls Intake new patient information Maintain recall list Enter payments Verify insurance and work with insurance companies to maximize patient benefits Verify insurance Coordinate referrals letters and requests for treatment Cross training in sterilization duties Skills Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively PIP Pediatric and Orthodontics is committed to maintaining a drug-free and safe workplace.
