Primary
Responsibilities:
The Community Health Nurse will contribute to the assessment of residents, implement health care services and collaborate with the Community Health Director to provide health promotion and monitoring of residents.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to provide resident and family education Ability to schedule tasks effectively to meet strict deadlines and within allotted time Ability to maintain resident confidentiality to assure all rights are protected Ability to read, write and communicate in English; Excellent interpersonal skills Computer proficiency Ability to pass DSHS background check, required
