We are looking for a positive, team player to work our front desk.
Previous experience in the dental field is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls - Provide information and assistance to patients - Maintain a clean and organized reception area - Schedule appointments - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation - Provide patients with necessary paperwork either in person or through email - Collect and enter insurance information Skills:
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other dental programs - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner - Excellent typing skills with accuracy and attention to detail - Familiarity with phone etiquette and ability to handle multiple phone lines - Experience as a dental receptionist or in a dental office is desirable but not required This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a community focused environment and has excellent organizational skills.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to multitask effectively, and have a positive attitude.
