Admin Assistant/Secretary

Job Requirements include:
Prepares reports, memos, letters, presentations and other documents including agendas.
Attends meetings to record, compile, transcribe and distribute minutes.
Prepares responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries via phone, email, and fax.
Coordinates travel arrangements including hotel and meeting spaces,and maintains staff schedules.
Excellent computer skills and experience working in SharePoint preferred.
Educational/Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 6 months of administrative experience
Must have excellent interpersonal skills
Must be able to work as part of a team as well as worked independently
Must have strong computer skills, minimum 35 wpm typing
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (excel, word, outlook, power point)

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
