Apartment Maintenance Technician

Qualified Maintenance Technicians will have at least three years of previous experience in property management maintenance. HVAC certification strongly preferred. Qualified Maintenance Technicians will have working knowledge of appliance repair, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, paint, and drywall repair. Job Requirements:
To provide assistance by performing general maintenance duties, to include:
Replaces filters and cleans air conditioning vents in vacant apartments and occupied units, on an as-needed basis.
Assists maintenance staff with service requests.
Handles on call duties whenever needed.
Replaces breezeway light bulbs as needed.
Assists with apartment make-readies.
Assists in the distribution of flyers and other material.
Assists in picking up litter.
Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
A high school diploma or equivalent and professional knowledge of business discipline are required.
HVAC certification strongly preferred.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
